The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms with the Jacuzzi were much smaller than expected, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On the bright side, the location was perfect, and the dining experience had its highlights. The service was a mix of good and not-so-good moments.

The hotel room had a stale smell but was spacious and quiet, and the price was much cheaper before. However, there was water damage to the ceiling that needs attention, maybe a coat of paint would help. The upgrade was convenient, but overall, the stay was absolutely disgusting.

The hotel suffered from flooding, making it difficult to get to work. However, it was great for an event in New Haven, right off the exit and only 15 minutes away.
